  3. Enter the code provided by Technician (from Step #1)

  4. Download + Open the file when prompted (takecontrol.exe)

Technician will then be prompted to Accept your connection request and a secured encrypted shared-control session will be established.

* Any administrative changes to your computer will request your permission & approval, every time, every step of the way

* Have peace of mind, as you watch everything the technician is doing + communication with the technician in real-time

* For Privacy and Security integrity, the session is immediately terminated as soon as the end-user and or technician closes / exits out of the window. The previously-downloaded file expires. A new request code will need to be generated to re-establish any future connection
